Rather than gabbing about my weight loss all over the place when the interest is minimal at best, I've decided to include a Weight Loss Journal of sorts here on StormClad. That'll give me a constant place to channel my thoughts, updates and all that sort of thing.

Got a couple of reviews ready but not posted yet. I'll try to work my way through another album or two before that happens.
